1) An updated Resume

2) Score Verifications - From your Program Director, Chairperson or Academic Advisor

               a) A scanned copy (.pdf) of an endorsed unofficial, university transcript that indicates
                    GPA's overall and in the major (printed and initialed by program director, chair or adv)

               b) A scanned copy (.pdf) of ACT or SAT score verification
                   (a screen shot of the applicant's profile, printed by program director, chair or adv)
